Our firm provides harassment prevention training AB 1825 & SB 1343 (California Government Code Section 12950.1) in compliance with California Assembly Bill 1825 and Senate Bill (SB) 1343. California Senate Bill (SB) 1343 amended sections 12950 and 12950.1 of the Government Code to include all employers with five or more employees.
By January 1, 2021, an employer with five or more employees shall provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees and at least one hour of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all nonsupervisory employees in California. Thereafter, each employer covered by this section shall provide sexual harassment training and education to each employee in California once every two years. New nonsupervisory employees shall be provided with training within six months of hire.
